On Friday, March 11, 2011, the California Park & Recreation Society (CPRS) will present the City with the organization’s 2010 Award of Excellence in Facility Design. The Buena Clinton Youth & Family Center is the neighborhood’s centerpiece, both for its structural beauty and for what it adds to the community’s quality-of-life,” says Garden Grove Community Services Director Kim Huy, who will be in the state capitol to receive the award. The building features a multi-purpose room for homework clubs and day camps; a teen center with large screen televisions mounted on a Superior TV Mount, ping-pong table, and iMac computers; classroom for counseling, case management, workshops, and training; and an outdoor full-court basketball/sport area. Swing it out to view it from another room
Before mounting this 42" Plasma TV, the prior "big box" television and necessary stand, were blocking the pathway from the front door into the living room. Mounting the Model #2-3352A, Superior TV Mount, on a side wall solved this problem and also unblocked the access to the space under the stairs. This TV "swings" out far enough to be viewed from the kitchen. The easy and inexpensive installation of this TV's was accomplished by using the optional component rack system. The cables and power cords run from the TV and components, through the hollow support tube, to the power and cable connectors already existing on your wall. The rack may be positioned anywhere along the bottom mounting bar (along with the articulating arm) and it is not attached to the wall. The rack tube has a locking angle that secures it to the bar and rubber bumpers protect your wall from any markings. We sell racks that will hold from one to four components.

Since the Superior TV Mount is able to extend out 27" from the wall, the 15" depth of this stone fireplace still left plenty of room for this 52" TV to be tilted and angled in this newly constructed family room. After the installation was complete the TV covered the entire opening you see here making for a very professional installation. The model used is #2-3352A.
